This Morning On The Beach

Starting my day with a long walk on the beach is always a really good idea.
The weather has been great. Sunny and 78 degrees which is typical for January in South Florida.

Winds from the east today. Lots of Man-O-War jellyfish.

I don't usually include people in these posts but how could I resist?

Lifeguard beach buggy. He's putting out the flags. Red ones today. Rough surf.

Short scarp with lots of wave activity.

Happy flowers in front of sand fencing.

After an hour on the beach I was so mellow I walked right past my bike.

My favorite street on the way home.
Anyone who can guess the correct name gets a free Pug At The Beach book.

My wish for you today is that you find some peace in these photos.
May they give you a little escape; a fifteen minute trip to the beach.
Get mellow, go to the beach even if it's a virtual beach. It'll do you good.
