Living by the sea means sunrise on the beach.


Sunrise on the beach is a great way to start the day.



After the sun is up, it's time for a walk. Looks like Pug has been here on his unicycle.



This tractor is from Universal Beach Solutions a local company that comes by to move sand and rake the beach. Pug knows enough to steer clear of this guy and this guy watches out for Pug, too!

Not everyone has the luxury of spending sunrise on the beach but certainly everyone has some sort of special place, indoors or out, in which to have a little quiet time to start the day. Whether alone or with a friend, it's important to create this kind of soothing retreat especially as we head into the holiday season. Click here to discover mine, that is when I'm not at the beach.

My wish for you today is that you carve out a few moments for quiet reflection at the start of each day.
